I’ve been using a pretty great tool for the last couple of years, and I thought it might be helpful to some of you so I’d like to share it:

The author of this site is British and he offers an inspirational little blurb that gets sent daily to your inbox, along with a way to track your daily mood and compare it to other days, weeks or months in your life.  You take a quick little test and your results are gauged agains previous results, and you even have the opportunity to have your results emailed to a “buddy” so they can keep track of your moods, too.  It’s an awesome tool for tracking your ups and downs.  And the best part?  It’s free!  Of course, there is a more sophisticated version for which you can pay a ridiculously low yearly fee that offers a few more bells and whistles.  But maybe until you get the hang of it, “Moodscope Lite” (the free version) would be enough.
